Heather Glen Community Services District has issued road maintenance notices for upcoming work on District roads within Heather Glen Estates.

Maintenance will be performed on the following roads:

• Douglas Drive​​
• Dundee Court (East & West)
• A Lane
• Dunvegan Drive
• Sinclair Court
• Hotchkiss Drive

Friday, August 14, 2026 — Crack Repairs

Road crack repairs began Friday, August 14. Road closures were not anticipated during this work, although minor delays could occur around active work areas.

August 19–22, 2026 — Slurry Sealing

The current slurry sealing is scheduled as follows:

Wednesday, August 19

• A Lane
• Dundee Court (West & East)
• Douglas Drive — south / ingress side

Thursday, August 20

• Douglas Drive — north / egress side
• North Dunvegan Drive
• South Dunvegan Drive — north / ingress side and loop
• Sinclair Court

Friday, August 21

• South Dunvegan Drive — south / egress side
• Hotchkiss Drive
• Any remaining Douglas Drive work

Saturday, August 22, if needed

• Any remaining Dunvegan Drive work

The schedule is subject to change depending on daily progress. Full roads will not be closed at the same time; crews will generally complete one side and then the other. Temporary road closures, parking restrictions, and access limitations may still occur while the slurry seal is applied and allowed to cure.

Residents who need uninterrupted vehicle access are encouraged to move vehicles in advance to the nearest accessible road or Heather Glen Drive.

Please use caution around road crews and follow all posted signs and directions.
